3-D Measurement
The patented LVR 201 can accompany a wide variety of material-handling devices. It may be coupled to, for example, feeder bowl, conveyor or robotic systems. Lakeshore Vision & Robotics can supply complete systems for continuous 3D inspection.
The LVR 201 can be coupled to a Microsoft WindowsNT based graphical user interface and database that permits teaching a large number of sample characteristics and recalling these on command. These may include characteristics such as weld length, design profile and tolerances for extrusions, for example. Sample images gathered with the LVR 201 can be viewed.
