An inspection system that supports  head imaging requires both a second camera and robot.  The first robot takes a screw from a conveyor and inspects it for imperfections on the thread area. It then either rejects the screw into the red tray behind it, or puts it into the green holder (middle). The second robot then takes this screw and inspects its head. It then places it into the red or green tray depending on the results of the inspection.
